How much is a Town Values Franchise?
The Town Values Franchise Fee starts at a low, $14,995.

What is the Town Values Royalty?
Town Values’ current Royalty is $300.00 per month or 5% of Gross Billings, whichever is greater. You only pay
Town Values 12 times a year.

Is there an Advertising Fund Fee?
Currently, there is not. Town Values estimates it will take several years before they begin collecting
contributions into the National Advertising & Marketing Fund. When they do, they will provide you with at least
60 days notice and are only expecting to collect 2% of your Gross Revenue initially.

How do I generate business?
Immediately upon signing with us, we’ll work with you to quickly obtain clients. The variety of choices range
from sales techniques to suggestions for campaigns that are designed to create momentum and get you
started on the path to success.

What does my investment include?
Your paid Franchise Fee includes all the essentials to get your Town Values location off and “printing”.
Town Values includes comprehensive training at their headquarters to educate owners on how and what is
required to promote and sell advertising the Town Values way. Training is provided on their technical and
internet systems, knowledge on how to organize your place of business, presenting our services to the client,
scheduling, managing leads, billing, handling customer relations and more. Plus, we will be with you offering
expert advice as your business grows.
